Pick up your online selections in person at a store!
1. PLACE YOUR IN-STORE PICKUP ORDER
Select a style, size, and/or color for purchase. If your item is available, choose PICK UP IN-STORE to add it to your cart. At this time, furniture and select items may not be available.
2. RECEIVE YOUR READY FOR PICKUP NOTIFICATION
You will receive a notification email when your order is ready. Remember to wait for this email before heading to the store!
3. PICK UP YOUR ORDER
Please refer to the pickup location listed on your Ready to Pickup Notification you received via email. If a location is not indicated, any sales associate will be happy to help you.
Most in-stock items are available for pickup within 24 hours. Once every item is ready for pickup, you will receive a Ready to Pickup Notification and your selected method of payment will be charged. We will hold your order for 2 days. Orders not picked up within this time frame will be cancelled and refunded to the original method of payment.
If you would like to request a 24-hour extension to pick up your order, please contact us to avoid cancellation.
