We know you’re eager to get your gardens prepared and planted for the growing season; with this in mind, we’re offering curbside pick-up and local delivery of a selection of garden essentials from our nursery so you can grow your own fruits and veggies. The offerings will change daily based on demand and inventory; our store team members are ready to be your knowledgeable nursery guides when you call to place an order!

Please note that we are always updating this assortment due to availability and some items may be sold out or subject to change.Of course, your shopping experience with us will look different as we alter our operations to provide everyone with a safe environment. Below, you’ll find how our new processes work, what you can expect from us, and what we’ll ask of you. We’ll continue to refine our processes and procedures as our new system progresses.
How it Works
- Call the store at 203-226-2750 to place orders everyday between 10am - 2pm.
- Curbside pick-up orders placed after 12pm are available for pick up the next day. Any orders placed between 10am-12pm are available for same day pick up.
- You’ll receive an appointed pick up time when you place your order.
- All transactions and payments happen prior to pick up; no cash transactions. Your receipts will be emailed to you.
- Outside of the aforementioned timeframe, please email us at str3002 [at] shopterrain [dot] com with a description of your inquiry along with your contact information. A store team member will contact you within 24 hours.
How it Works

- Deliveries occur every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- You’ll receive a delivery window at the time you place your order.
- Deliveries are contactless; our drivers will place your order in a spot outside your home that’s easily accessible to them.
- Free local delivery for all orders in the 06880 zip code OR on orders over $300.
- $50 flat rate local delivery for orders outside of 06880 and under $300.
- Outdoor container design services are available.

HOW WE’RE STAYING SAFE
What We’re Doing
- Curbside pick-up is appointment only so we can limit the number of people on site at one time.
- To limit exposure of customers and staff, we have implemented contactless delivery and pick-up.
- All transactions and payments happen prior to pick up; no cash transactions. Your receipts will be emailed to you.
- We have dedicated curbside pick-up parking spots at properly distanced intervals to limit contact with others.
- Carts are entirely sanitized daily, with handles sanitized before each use.
- Customers and team members will remain 6 feet apart at all times.
- Gloves and masks are worn by every team member. Every team member washes their hands immediately after removing their gloves.
What We Ask of You
- We request all our customers wear masks for pick up appointments.
- For curbside pick-up orders, you will be responsible for putting your items into your car from the designated pick up spot.
- Only terrain team members are permitted beyond our store parking lots. Therefore, if any needs arise at the time of pick up, please call the store and we will be happy to assist you.
Return Policy
To limit traffic at the store, all merchandise bought via curbside pick up or delivery cannot be returned until our stores fully reopen. You will have 60 days to return your items from the date the store permanently reopens. Please see our full return policy here.
